These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using services provided by Royal Clap Productions. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms mentioned below.

1. Services

We specialize in end-to-end event planning, coordination, and execution for a wide range of celebrations. Our services include concept creation, décor design, vendor management, and on-ground execution, all tailored to your specific requirements.

2. Booking & Confirmation

To secure your event date, a booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. Until confirmation, dates remain open and subject to availability.

• 50% advance is mandatory for confirmation
• Dates are blocked only after payment
• Verbal confirmations are not considered final

3. Payment Terms

Our payment structure is designed to ensure smooth execution and timely vendor coordination. Delays in payment may affect service delivery.

• 50% advance (non-refundable)
• 40% payable before the event
• 10% payable on the event day

4. Scope of Work

All services will be delivered as per the finalized proposal or agreement. Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges and availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless event experience, the client is expected to cooperate throughout the planning and execution process.

• Provide accurate event details and preferences
• Approve designs and timelines promptly
• Ensure timely payments and coordination

6. Vendor Management

We collaborate with experienced and reliable vendors to deliver high-quality services. While we ensure proper coordination, we are not liable for delays or issues beyond reasonable control.

7. Changes & Modifications

We understand that plans may evolve. However, all changes must be communicated in advance to ensure feasibility and smooth execution.

• Last-minute changes may not always be possible
• Additional requests may involve extra costs

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations affect planning and vendor commitments. Therefore, our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both parties.

• Advance payments are non-refundable
• Late cancellations may incur additional charges

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or external disruptions beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from unforeseen situations.

11. Intellectual Property

All event concepts, designs, and creative elements remain the intellectual property of Royal Clap Productions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
