1. Advance Payment
A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm any booking. This amount is strictly non-refundable as it is utilized for planning, vendor blocking, and initial execution arrangements.
2. Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be considered depending on the stage of the event and commitments already made.
- Event timeline and cancellation notice
- Vendor bookings and non-recoverable costs
- Work already completed by our team
Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable costs and expenses.
3. Cancellation Timeline
- 15+ days before event: Partial refund may be considered
- Less than 15 days: No refund applicable
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Last-minute cancellations
- Client delays causing cancellation or disruption
- Changes requested after vendor confirmations
5. Service Concerns
In case of any genuine service issue, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it promptly. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
